KuView

An open-source tool for simplified Kubernetes metric visualization.

This application is specifically crafted to enhance the monitoring of Kubernetes clusters by providing real-time metric visualizations. Within the realm of frontend development, our team crafted an interactive, customizable dashboard within an intuitively designed UI by harnessing React, Prometheus, and Grafana. We also orchestrated the development of RESTful API routes and an agile middleware chain using Express and Node.js. Our application provides engineers valuable insights into resource utilization, application performance, and the overall state of their cluster.

While the team collaborated on the entire project, my primary contributions included designing and maintaining the database, developing and optimizing controller logic for backend functionality, implementing authentication routes for sign-up and login, designing the user model and server architecture, building the contact section for the product’s splash page, styling the UI, and configuring Webpack and package dependencies.

Help Desk
A help desk application for seamless ticket submission and management.

This application streamlines ticket management for users and administrators. Built with React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, it features a modern, responsive interface for seamless interaction. Users can submit tickets by providing their information and a description of the issue, receiving real-time feedback via snackbar notifications for successful submissions or errors. Administrators can efficiently manage tickets through a card-based interface, which displays key details such as the engineer's name, email, and ticket status (defaulting to 'New' upon submission). A 'View Details' button enables access to ticket specifics in a modal, allowing admins to update statuses and respond swiftly to issues.
